- Voice recordings processed for transcription (not stored permanently)
- Time entries and project data you create
- macOS app preferences stored locally on your device
- Billing metadata from Stripe (plan, invoices). We do not store card numbers
How We Use It
- Provide voice-to-text transcription services
- Track time and generate reports at your request
- Manage subscriptions and payments
- Send important service updates
- Maintain security and comply with law
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your data for advertising
- We do not use your voice recordings for any purpose other than providing the service
Voice Recordings
- Voice recordings are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3)
- Recordings are only used for transcription playback within your account
- You can delete any recording at any time - deletion permanently removes the audio file
- We do not use your recordings for training or any other purpose
Third-Party Services
- Eleven Labs for voice-to-text transcription
- Google for authentication
- Stripe for payments
- MongoDB Atlas for data storage
Security
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- HTTPS everywhere
- Limited access on a need-to-know basis
Retention
- We keep data only as long as needed to run the service
- On account deletion: all your data including recordings is permanently removed
- You can delete individual recordings at any time
